Hey everyone, I’ve been struggling to manage all my files between my Mac and Google Drive. I often need to access large folders quickly, but downloading everything locally takes forever. Has anyone found a way to make cloud storage feel like it’s just part of the computer, without eating up tons of space? I’d love some tips or apps that actually make it seamless.

I ran into the same issue a while back. What really helped me was using this method I found online add onedrive to finder. It basically lets Google Drive appear in Finder as if it’s a local folder, so you can open files instantly without downloading them fully. It made working with big projects way smoother, especially when I needed multiple files open at the same time without waiting for syncing.
